Optional Excursion to Cenote, Mayan ruins, and Beach Club in Tulum

9:15 am - 3:00 pm

EDIT: The departure time is now 9:15am for the cenote/Mayan ruins/Tulum beach club excursion. We hope this still works . We booked a separate shuttle for people who only want to go to the Soy Tulum Beach Club, which has a minimum $30 food/drinks purchase per person. That shuttle departs at 11:15am. This is an optional excursion. Entrance fees for the cenote (~$25-$35), Mayan ruins (~$5, optional excursion), food/drinks at the Tulum beach club, and transportation (~$27.50). If you don't want to go to the Mayan ruin, you can join Johel for drinks and food at the Tulum beach club and the rest of the group will meet there afterwards. Pro tip: if you pay in cash in Mexican pesos, the price will often be cheaper. We recommend eating breakfast at the resort, as we won't stop for food until lunch time. Consider bringing sunscreen, towel, swimsuit, water shoes for the cenote, change of clothes, and comfortable walking shoes for the Mayan ruins. Shuttles will provide bottled water.

Beach Formal Attire

3:50 p.m. - Shuttle transportation will be provided to pick up guests from the passenger pick up area outside the lobby of the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort to the wedding site, Blue Venado in Paamul. Please do not be late for the 3:50pm shuttle pick up! Keep in mind that although golf carts will ferry guests around the resort, if you are staying in one of the casas further away from the lobby, you may want to give yourself extra time in case it takes longer than expected to get to the lobby. 4:30 p.m. - Guests arrive for a welcome drink and find their seats 5:00 p.m. - Beach ceremony at Blue Venado 5:30 p.m. - Cocktail hour 6:45 p.m. - Dinner reception 8:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. - Dancing and party - Bring your (comfy) dancing shoes because we want to party all night long with you! Shuttles will take guests back to the hotel, approximately every half hour starting at 11:00pm, for those who want to leave a little earlier. The last shuttle will leave a little after 1:30am.

After Party

12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Hang out with us after we are officially announced Mr. & Mrs.! We'll meet by the beach volleyball court (outside of Vela Norte) to play some casual games and enjoy some drinks by the pool/beach together!
