When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 1. If you need to change your RSVP after August 1, please contact us directly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open at 4:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We suggest arriving by 4:15pm to ensure you have enough time to find your seat in the garden.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, the dress code is Garden Formal. Please see the RSVP form for more details.

Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will indicate if you can bring a plus one. If you are unsure, please contact us directly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome if they are well-behaved. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we recommend staying near the venue in Walnut Creek. The hotel block link is below: https://app.marriott.com/resview2?id=1779403996558&key=GRP&app=resvlink Or call the hotel and ask for the Chyr Richmond Room block at 1 (800) 468-3571 You may choose to stay anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area, but please keep in mind that it will take time to drive from other parts of the Bay. For reference, it may take 30-45 minutes to drive from San Francisco and about 1-1.5 hour to drive from San Jose.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please indicate allergies or intolerances in the RSVP form. Guests with severe or unusual allergies will receive a special plated meal.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, please coordinate with friends and family for transportation.

Do you have a registry? Can I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence is the best present there is! We do not have a traditional registry, but we have a "Newly Wed Fund" where you can send monetary gifts electronically or physically the day of the wedding. Please see the Registry tab for more info.
