Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes, hotel room blocks are available at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown. Press "View" on the travel page under "Hilton Garden Inn" to book through the room block. Additionally, Springhill Suites also has a room block available. On the travel page under "Springhill Suites" click view to book through the room block.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please adhere to cocktail/semi-formal attire.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the individuals listed on your invitation. If your children are invited and you choose to have them attend; the venue has stated there is no on-site childcare services available.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the number of people listed on your invite to the wedding. As you will see in our RSVP section, each person will either be listed by name on the invite or will say your name +guest.

Is there a deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, please RSVP no later than June 15, 2023. The earlier the better! :)

What is the weather like in Colorado Springs in July?

Answer

Colorado is notorious for its afternoon thunderstorms throughout the summer. It may be sunny one minute and hailing the next. The great thing is that these thunderstorms typically move through the area very quickly! You can expect temperatures in the 70's to 90's with very little humidity. Always have a light jacket on hand just in case!

Will your wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

We will be hosting our ceremony and reception at The Pinery at the Hill. Our ceremony and reception will be inside. Our cocktail hour will be hosted inside with the opportunity to hang out on a patio outside if desired.

Does The Pinery at the Hill offer parking?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking available at the venue and they state that they have never hosted a wedding in which they ran out of parking. If you are staying in a hotel nearby, we recommend Uber or Lyft to the venue as it is easy and affordable.

Is the Pinery at the Hill handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, all areas being utilized for the ceremony and reception are handicap accessible and located on the first floor of the building.
