How should I RSVP?

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress codes for each event are detailed on our wedding website's schedule page, but here's a closer look at what to expect. **Welcome Party** We're going for cocktail attire with a breezy, euro summer vibe—have fun with it! Women are welcome in short, midi, or maxi dresses, while men can wear trousers and a button-down shirt (ties are optional). **Wedding Day** We're celebrating in formal black-tie optional style, and we'd love for you to embrace color! Think soft pastels and summery brights—pinks, oranges, blues, and yellows all work beautifully. Women should wear elegant floor-length gowns, while men can opt for formal suits with ties and dress shoes, or a tuxedo if preferred.

Can we bring our children to the festivities?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we're unable to accommodate children at the welcome party or during the wedding day itself. If you're bringing them on your trip, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare for August 16 & 17. We'd love to have them join us for the farewell pool party brunch on August 18!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Yes! We've arranged room blocks at two wonderful hotels in Assisi. Please visit our travel page for booking details and information about each option.

Do you have any additional hotel recommendations?

Answer

Absolutely! Beyond our two hotel blocks, we recommend the NUN Assisi Relais & SPA Museum hotel. We're also happy to suggest alternative accommodations, such as rental villas, upon request. We encourage you to explore options in the area that best suit your needs. Please note that complimentary shuttles to and from all wedding events will be provided exclusively for guests staying at our two reserved hotel blocks.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know well in advance, preferably within your RSVP, so we can plan accordingly with the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Castello di Petrata at 4:30pm on the wedding day to kick off the festivities with a welcome drink ahead of the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on-site for anyone staying outside of our room blocks and/or those who prefer to drive to the events.
