Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses and gentlemen should wear suit and tie or a sports coat.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the Old York Country Club.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will take place indoors, however, the cocktail hour space will be open throughout the reception to avoid crowding and ensure social distancing.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is parking on site free of charge. Follow signs for “special event parking”. After parking, follow the road outside of the parking lot. Walk a few feet and you will see the venue on your left.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask to please arrive on time or at least 1 hr to 30 min prior to the ceremony. This will allow time for everyone to mingle and to settle into their seats. There will also be refreshments served upon arrival.

Are masks required? Will they be provided?

Answer

Yes. Masks are required to enter the venue space and is encouraged at all times. However, when outside, masks are not mandatory. If you do not have one, one will be provided to you at time of arrival.

How will food and drinks be served?

Answer

There will be butler service during cocktail hour and dinner. All staff will be required to wear face masks. There will be two bars open to avoid overcrowding. One will be set outside and one will be inside the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We’ve limited the children to only the little ones that are in our wedding party.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to accommodate everyone, however, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. Most of the venue is on ground floor which makes it easily accessible.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

There will be a vegetarian option available for dinner at the reception. There will also be a few vegan/vegetarian options during cocktail hour. If you have any allergies or special diet restrictions, please let the server know when they take your dinner order during the reception.

Will there be hotel accommodations?

Answer

Yes. You may book your room at the Hampton Inn-Bordentown under the "Travel Section" of our website. The link provided will take you directly to the special room block booking page. There are other hotels listed as suggestions, however, please keep in mind that room blocks are only set up at the Hampton Inn-Bordentown where shuttle service will be provided to the venue.

Will there be a shuttle service to and from the venue at the hotel?

Answer

Yes. There will be a shuttle service in place for our guests who are staying at the Hampton Inn only. Shuttle service will be provided to the venue and back to the hotel.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Of course! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #keepingupwiththekirkpatricks so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We kindly ask to please RSVP by 05/7/2021. You may do so on our wedding website in the RSVP section which is quick, easy and user friendly. If you have any trouble RSVPing online, you may email your response to Kirkpatricks6621@gmail.com.
