Gizelle’s brother, and Alvin’s soon-to-be brother-in-law—but let’s be real, he’s already like the younger brother Alvin never knew he needed. Gizelle and Alvin are beyond lucky to have Francis around; whether it’s climbing, ordering the best boba (bubble tea), or just keeping things interesting, there’s never a dull moment. Gizelle wouldn’t be where she is today without Francis—he’s the one who consoles her when she’s in tears and gives Alvin tips on how to handle his sister. Fun fact: Francis once tagged along on one of Gizelle and Alvin’s dates to a rock climbing gym, and now it’s Alvin and Francis who have their own climbing date nights!

Sister of the Groom (Maid of Honour)
Alvin’s sister and Gizelle’s future sister-in-law—but let’s be honest, Gizelle’s already more like a sibling than Alvin ever was. She’s pretty much the best sister Gizelle has gained since she first hit the sister jackpot with Julie. Fun fact: Vanessa accompanied Gizelle to a last minute bridal dress sale with only 3 hours advance notice, talk about a sister that would drop everything for you? We love her!

She’s the little sister Gizelle always wanted and, hands down, the feistiest of the Ogalino-Tabije cousins! There’s not enough space on this page to sum up how much Julie means to Gizelle and Alvin—so we’ll leave that to the countless birthday and Christmas cards Gizelle loves writing for her most loved people. Julie has always been a bright light, welcoming Alvin into the family since the first day they met in marching band, and they can’t imagine their special day without her! Fun fact: She's the inspiration behind Gizelle getting her first tattoo.
MJ
Best Man
MJ is Alvin's god-brother and have known each other their entire life. Through karate, basketball, famjams (family parties), and school, their was never a dull moment between the two of them. MJ met Gizelle in grade 9 since they were in the same class, and believe he is the 'Cupid' in their love story, however Gizelle will challenge MJ on this! Needless to say, he's been through all the highs and lows and can't wait to celebrate the happy couple.
Tameika

Gizelle’s best friend (basically family at this point) and one-third of the Powerpuff dynamic trio. Who knew it would take a $25,000 degree to find a lifelong bestie? Totally worth it! Tameika is the glue that holds the friend group together, always having Gizelle’s back and being her biggest cheerleader. She’s forever on Gizelle’s side during late night rant sessions—sorry Alvin, defending you is Millie’s job! Fun fact: Alvin and Tameika actually go way back to elementary school, so technically, she’s known him longer… but she’s still on Team Gizelle!

Gizelle’s best friend, ride-or-die since university, and someone who has grown into part of the family, Millie is part of the dynamic trio (her, Tameika and Gizelle). She has been the driving force behind Gizelle’s pursuit of higher education. She’s always there to listen to every rant, learn a surprising new quirky fact about Gizelle, and deliver the world’s best advice! Fun fact: Millie always plays devil’s advocate for Alvin during Gizelle’s rants—someone’s gotta take on that job!
Olivia

The youngest of Gizelle’s cousins and her little sister at heart, Olivia was the reason Gizelle wanted to work hard and be a role model of perseverance and determination. But, in a plot twist, it’s actually Olivia who has become the shining example of hard work, determination, and the success that follows—all while being as beautiful, graceful, and generous as she is! Without Olivia, Gizelle and Alvin wouldn’t have anyone to keep them smiling and help them stay hip with the times. Fun fact: Olivia was a baton twirler and flute player just like Gizelle—except she actually knows how to play the flute and can read music, while Gizelle was more of a pro at holding an instrument while walking.

Ryan has always been like an older brother to Gizelle, and the rest of the younger cousins. It's no surprise that Alvin and Gizelle are thrilled to have him by their side as they say 'I Do'. From the quirkiest adventures as a highschool loser to his journey of self-growth as a recovering alcoholic, Ryan has been a constant source of laughter, support, and wisdom. He’s been there through every up and down, bringing light into their lives and ensuring they never face a moment alone. Gizelle and Alvin are endlessly grateful to have Ryan as family, and they can’t wait to celebrate with him by their side.

Michael may officially be Alvin’s brother-in-law, but he’s always felt like a true brother and one of his closest friends. With his unwavering support and joyful presence, Michael never fails to make Alvin and Gizelle feel right at home.
