Gizelle's talkative nature and comedic skill was the catalyst that drove Alvin into asking her to their first date, two weeks after they first met. The first date was two orders of Kentucky Fried Chicken's two toonie Tuesdays and discounted movie tickets, from then on their relationship has felt like the romantic comedy they watched on their date: joyful, emotional and binded by a dog.
