Flight
COST/CONVENIENCE Direct flights to Guam can be expensive, especially heading into the summer. The fastest routes usually connect through Honolulu or Japan. Others have also found reasonably priced connecting flights through Korea or Singapore. If you are located in the U.S., a cheaper alternative would be to get a round trip ticket to Japan, Korea, or even Taiwan, and then another round trip ticket from there to Guam. This might make the most sense if you are also looking to travel before or after the wedding. However, a United Flight through Honolulu is your best bet for the shortest travel time. COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Be advised that due to the coronavirus outbreak, travel routes may be limited. United Airlines, for example, recently suspended flights from LAX to Narita Japan. If you are coming from the U.S., please take this into consideration as you plan out your route. You may want to purchase travel insurance in the event unforeseen restrictions.
Rental Car
We strongly recommend renting a car while you are on island as our ride-sharing apps are limited and taxis can be pricey. If you think you might need to rent a car while on Guam, then please message us directly at mflmiguel@gmail.com. We can help set you up when the best rates available. It may also be best if you can partner up with others and rent in groups of 4 or 5 for maximum savings.
