Reception takes place at Rancho Las Fuentes- La Hacienda grounds and is a garden outdoor area with partly shaded cover.
The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire. For this time of year in Spring, may we suggest the following attire: Colors: Spring colors or pastels Women: floor-length evening gown, midi or knee-length cocktail dress Men: Tux optional, suit or dress shirt with tie with slacks
To help us with planning, kindly RSVP by April 1 so that we can have an accurate head count for the venue attendee list and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we don't receive your RSVP by the specified date, we cannot make exceptions and will mark you down as 'NOT ATTENDING'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.
Yes! Complementary parking is available inside the designated venue area for our guests.
The ceremony at St. John Vianney church in Hacienda Heights will begin promptly at 12:30 PM. Please arrive at 12:15 PM to allow time for parking and finding a seat. The doors will close once the ceremony starts.
Only names that were stated on the invitation are to attend. We would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Provided security will also check-in guests on our guest names list upon arrival at the venue.
We love your little ones, but in order to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, this wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a perfect opportunity for a fun and romantic date night!
Yes! There will be cocktail drinks, wine & beer. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all our loved ones to make it home safe!
