This hotel shuttles guests to and from the Charlotte Douglas Airport (about an 8 minute ride). This hotel will also have shuttles to and from the venue (about a 3 minute ride or a 10 minute walk). We have a hotel room block at this hotel. Details from the hotel regarding the room block: "These rooms will be held on a first-come first served basis until 5pm CST Thursday, April 8, 2027 unless the Hotel has an opportunity to contract with another group to sell the guestrooms. Because the rooms are held on a courtesy basis, it is important that you relay to individuals in your group to book rooms as soon as possible. Guests will need to phone in their reservation requests to the following number: 1-800-HILTONS, or through the link provided by the hotel. Any and all rooms not reserved by the reservation due date will be released into the Hotel’s general inventory without liability or obligation to Scurto and Giroux Wedding Room Block. There will be a charge of $12.00 for guest’s overnight self-parking, seperate from the hotel room rate."
