Here is what to expect on our wedding day. We look forward to celebrating with you!

4:30 pm - 4:45 pm

Parking is free at the venue. Transportation details to and from hotels can be found on the travel page.

4:45 pm - 5:30 pm

The Yorkmont (Previously Crystal Ballroom Charlotte)

The ceremony will be outside, pending good weather.

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

The Yorkmont (Previously Crystal Ballroom Charlotte)

There will be hors d'oeuvres served in addition to cocktails!

6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Reception will be hosted indoors. Buffet dinner will be served around 7:15-7:30 pm.

9:15 pm - 9:30 pm

Last call for alcohol at 9:15 before the bar closes at 9:30.
