When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than October 25th, 2025. Just click the RSVP tab at the top of this page.

While we love your kids, we're excited to give you the night off and an adult-only evening.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal / cocktail attire. Please note all wedding activities (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) will be indoors.

There is a room block at The Queenbury Hotel, refer to "Travel" tab. Additional accomodation options include: - Holiday Inn - Queensbury - Home2Suites - Queensbury - Country Inn and Suites - Queensbury - Fairfield Inn & Suites - Queensbury - Airbnb

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at Hiland Park Country Club, the location for both the ceremony and reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle service from The Queensbury Hotel. The shuttle service from The Queensbury Hotel to Hiland Park will begin at 3:30PM for guests to arrive by 4:00PM. The shuttle service from Hiland Park to The Queensbury Hotel will begin at 9:30PM, running through the end of the reception at 11:00PM.
