What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 5:30pm. We suggest arriving a little early as travel time may be impacted by July 4th weekend.

Is there a dress code?

Formal, black tie optional.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided by shuttle to and from the Hilton Garden Inn.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

A room block is available about two miles from The Three Village Inn at the Hilton Garden Inn of Stony Brook. There is also cottages available at the venue, but these would have to be booked on your own. We do not have a room block for the cottages.
