Shuttle Service

The shuttle from the hotel to our venue will leave from the property promptly at 3:00pm. If you plan to use the shuttle as your means of transportation, please be in the lobby and ready to board before 3 o'clock, as the shuttle will not wait for guests in order to depart. Thank you for your consideration in helping us maintain our timeline!
Ceremony & Reception

Formal Attire
Please be advised, the ceremony will start promptly at four, with cocktail service beginning 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Dinner and dancing to follow. Due to the layout of our space, late arrivals will be unable to enter the ceremony once it has begun. We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! To keep things personal and within the space we've planned for, we’re only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together! Note: we'll be celebrating outdoors until 10pm. We will have outdoor tower heaters throughout the reception space, but please feel free to bring a jacket or shawl to keep warm during the later hours.
