When is the RSVP deadline?

Please let us know your plans by January 31st, 2026 to ensure the discounted hotel rate and for us to plan accordingly. If more time is needed, please reach out to Gina or Marco for other arrangements. We hope you’ll be able to join us in celebrating & we thank you for understanding!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. Buses will depart from the Hermitage Hotel in Silvi at 2:45 PM and take guests directly to the venue. Return shuttles back to the Hermitage Hotel will be available at 11:00pm and 1:15am. Please note that the drive is approximately one hour. Be sure to indicate in your RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle, so we can reserve your spot. Keep in mind that there are no taxi services available from Vasto to Silvi.

Yes, parking is available at the venue.

Please refer to your invitation for details regarding guest inclusions. We kindly ask that you follow the names listed on the envelope when planning your attendance.

Are there hotel options in Vasto?

Answer

Yes! There are multiple hotel options in the Vasto area for those who prefer to skip the late night transport back to Silvi.

Do you know the specific meal options?

Answer

Not yet. Our venue changes their menu options every year in March. Once we have the details, we will post them on here, but it will for sure be the choice between a beef dish or seafood dish. Changes can be made later on if needed!
