Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Venue opens at 3:30pm. Please arrive on time to park and to find a seat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is Formal. Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, and so are tuxes and gowns if you are feeling fancy. Beware! The ceremony and cocktail hour is on a lawn with a gravel walking path leading to the reception hall. Stilettos are not recommended.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We politely decline plus ones. Our goal is to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you for respecting our wishes!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony/cocktail hour will be in the garden and nearby lawn, but the reception will be indoors. Here in the PNW weather can be unpredictable, so we do recommend having a jacket in case it gets a little too chilly.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is located at the entrance of the property. If you are driving, please plan to carpool and have a designated driver. There is limited parking at the venue, but enough to accommodate our needs with carpooling.

Is there provided transportation to and from the ceremony?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is a kid friendly event and are included on the invitation. We also are advocating for parents to take the night off to really enjoy and celebrate if they are able to! Please advise that all small children must be accompanied by an adult at all time.
