When should I RSVP by?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are a few hotels located around the venue but we do have a hotel block made with the Hilton Garden Inn in Stony Brook! Please check out the "Travel" page for booking info.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for everyone to dress semi-formal and feel their fine selves; tuxes and formal gowns are welcomed as well as suits and cocktail dresses. If we have questions, please contact Meredith for fashion help.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. A shuttle service will also be provided for those staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Stony Brook, NY.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

For as much as we would love for everyone to come, this will be an adult only event. We hope you are still able to join us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask for everyone to arrive at the venue at 4pm for our 4:30pm ceremony.
