FAQs

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Question

What precautions are being taken around the current state of Covid-19?

Answer

For the health and safety of everyone we love, we ask you to test (Self test or PCR) within two days of the ceremony.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Sacred Heart Church has a small parking lot and street parking. Bay Head Yacht Club has a large parking lot and is also wheel chair accessible.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an “un-plugged” ceremony. We ask you to join us in being fully present by putting away your phones and cameras when the ceremony starts.

Question

Do you have any hotel accommodations?

Answer

Yes, please see our "Travel + Accommodations" page for more detailed information.

Question

Is Cocktail Hour outside? Should I bring a jacket?

Answer

Our cocktail hour will take place on the outdoor covered deck overlooking the Barnegat Bay as well as the Barnegat Room & Bar. Guests have the option to be indoors and/or outdoors for cocktail hour. Both spaces are free-flowing through the venue and are accessible during both cocktail hour and the reception. We suggest bringing a light jacket, as our wedding will be taking place in May on the water.

Question

Uber / Lyft?

Answer

Yes, Manasquan, Point Pleasant and Bay Head are Uber/Lyft friendly. We'd recommend using these to get to and from events when possible. If they are not available, here are a few local cab/van services you can also use: Brigg's Transportation: 732-892-1313 Sandys New Manasquan Taxi: 908-670-9071
