Our dress code is Cocktail with bright colors and fun textures strongly encouraged. For men, this typically means a suit or a sports coat (tie is optional). For women, a cocktail dress or elegant separates are perfect!
We’ve hired an amazing photographer to capture our ceremony. We kindly ask that you keep phones away and stay present with us during the vows—we’ll happily share the professional photos with you later!
We would love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space at Hidden Grove, we can only accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to find your seat and enjoy the scenery!

The Hidden Grove is a complete outdoors venue. We encourage you bring a light coat for evening hours.
Uber and ride share is highly recommended. Woodland is a small city, so we encourage you book and plan your ride shares with ample time to ensure availability.
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available on-site at the venue for all guests.
