When should I arrive and depart?
Answer
This is up to you and also depends on what events you are attending. Due to capacity limitations, different people will be at different events. The full schedule is currently June 6 (AM) - June 7(PM), but there might be "unofficial" events June 5 and June 8, as well.

This is addressed in the Travel section. There are public transit options, but we recommend Uber/Lyft, or if you prefer, a rental car.

What is a REAL ID and do I need one to fly domestically?

Yes! You need a REAL ID if you are flying into Cincinnati for our wedding if you are flying domestically within the United States. This does -NOT- apply to international travelers flying into the United States from other countries. That legislation is federally going into effect May 2025. This is important if you are planning to use your State Drivers License (or State ID) to FLY to the wedding. If you do not know if your drivers license is a REAL ID or not, please check! They will NOT let you on the plane with a regular (non-REAL ID) drivers license. Per the website, this is how you know if your drivers license is a REAL ID (you can also go to your local DMV and have them check for you). --->>> Does your Drivers License / ID have a star (and/or flag) or say "Enhanced"? What if I want to stay additional days beyond what is listed on Hotel Covington's room block website?
Answer
Unless there is a cancellation, my understanding is the hotel is now SOLD OUT. If you need any help finding accommodations, please email us at ketikanadgilbert@gmail.com You have to call to book instead of booking online. Call the hotel, explain that you are are a guest attending the Raturi-Nguyen wedding for June 7, 2025 and let them know the dates you would like to stay. The room block rate is only applicable to the rooms explicitly noted on the room block website (so not any suites or specialty rooms).

Should I enter the country for the wedding if I am LGBTQIA+ if I live abroad?
Answer
At your own discretion, but given the current political climate, it may not be safe to enter the US if your gender marker on your passport does not match what you were assigned at birth. I'm so sorry. For everyone else, whatever you decide, we understand, we love you, and we support you even if our (stupid) government doesn't (for now).
