Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We would like to have all RSVP's turned in by April 16, 2022. All RSVP's can be made online on this website! If you are having trouble doing the RSVP online please contact us and we will make sure you are on our list!

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend coming 30 minutes prior to the ceremony so that everyone can park and get seated so the ceremony can start on time. For the reception, cocktail hour will begin at 4:30 PM.

How will parking work?

Answer

Both of our venues are open to the public so parking will be first come first serve, both locations have overflow lots not far. For the ceremony we will have a golf cart coming back and fourth from the overflow lot as needed.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. Dresses and suit jackets are preferred, but we want you to feel comfortable! Please no white.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside at Wellfield Botanical Gardens and the reception is indoor at Bread and Chocolate.

How do we get into Wellfield for the ceremony?

Answer

Upon arrival one of Wellfield's volunteers will ask you for the name of the bride and groom or some kind of question regarding the relation to us. This will help them know who is attending the wedding and who is just attending the gardens. Our guests are welcome to walk around the gardens after the ceremony before the reception begins, we highly recommend exploring this beautiful place!

My kids aren’t listed on the invitation, can they still come?

Answer

As much as we love kids, due to space unfortunately we aren’t able to have everyone. We hope you guys take this opportunity to have a date night!

How do we get to Bread and Chocolate at the Old Bag Factory?

Answer

The third floor of the Old Bag Factory is called Bread and Chocolate, there will be signs directing you to there. An elevator is also available.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

We encourage our guests to walk around Wellfield Botanical Gardens, when finished please head to Bread and Chocolate for light appetizers and cash bar!

Will there be any meals available for specific dietary restrictions?

What Covid safety precautions will be in place?

Answer

For the reception we know that not everyone may want to wear a mask at our wedding, but we completely respect those who do. Due to the spread of Covid we ask that anyone who isn't feeling well to stay home and get tested. We understand if anyone is uncomfortable attending or eating at our reception due to the crowd and taking masks off. Our reception contains a lobby, middle room, then the main room so we feel there is plenty of space if guests want to spread out from the crowd or to eat/drink in a different area. Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would like to have a unplugged ceremony, so please no pictures while the ceremony is going on. After the ceremony, we encourage our guests to take pictures and post on social media. Please use our hashtag #happilyevergilbert22

Where are you going on your honeymoon?

Answer

We are exploring Europe! We are going to London, Paris, and Italy.
