BOOKING YOUR STAY

Important Notes: To attend our wedding events and be considered part of our Wedding Group, you MUST book through our group rates using the link below. Booking directly with the hotel or through other methods will result in additional costs and exclusions from group benefits and events. For booking and details about our hotel room block, please click the link below. This will connect you with our travel agent, Lisa and will allow you to book your room. There are a limited number of discounted rooms, so please place your deposit as soon as you know you will be attending. Prices include your room, meals/drinks, taxes and airport transfers. Room deposit ($50 USD per person) is due by August 13th, 2025. Any rooms booked after August 13th, 2025 will need to be paid in full. Enjoy $200 per room, per night in resort credits which can be used for the spa, beauty salon or golf (Hard Rock golf course). A 35% service fee applies for all services or activities. Information will be provided upon check-in. **THE LAST DAY TO BOOK A ROOM IS SEPTEMBER 13th, 2025.**

Flight

CANCUN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Cancun is the most convenient airport to fly into when traveling to UNICO, being about a 1 hour trip. Our travel agent, Lisa will collect your flight information in December/January so she can set up your airport tranfers. A very, very important note - a passport is required to enter Mexico. If you do not have a passport, we recommend applying ASAP as the wait times can be quite lengthy. Passports must be valid for 6 months after your return date.

TRANSPORTATION TO THE RESORT
