Flight
Denver International Airport (DEN) is by far the most convenient airport to travel into. We sincerely apologize that our city decided to build so wildly out of the way, but thankfully booking a flight should be convenient no matter your airline of preference. DEN is about 1 hour from Dunafon castle and about 40 minutes from Cherry Creek. The weather in September *hardly ever* calls for blizzards, and the mole people under our airport *very rarely* kidnap travelers. And so apart for classic flight delays, we fortunately do not expect any major upsets, Blucifer willing.
Hotel
This hotel has valet parking. Consider skipping the rental car altogether. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance, including a Whole Foods. We are currently looking into hotel blocks; please stay tuned!
Travel Note
For our out of town guests: We have opted to utilize Cherry Creek (namely the Clayton Hotel) as our main location outside of the wedding venue at Dunafon Castle. This means that we hope you do not NEED to rent a car, with only a few Uber trips such as to the venue and to/from the airport. Hotels: We are looking into hotel blocks in Cherry Creek, which is quite walkable. Clayton Hotel offers valet. Overall, if you choose to drive or rent a car, please check with the hotel, AirBnB, family member, etc. for details, as parking may be limited. Dunafon Castle: Required valet parking is available for those who choose to drive. Otherwise we have been told that it is easy/convenient to get an Uber or Lyft to the venue, but leaving can be somewhat challenging given the location. For this reason we are looking into a shuttle service.
Shuttle
September 21, 2025 12:00 am - 11:45 pm
We are working on providing transportation to our main hotel Clayton Hotel (as Ubers and Lyfts may be limited when leaving the venue). More information to come!
House Or Rental
Although short term rentals like AirBnB and VRBO have become more limited in Colorado (PS this is a good thing, even if it's not convenient!), there are still options if you prefer something a little more homey than a hotel.
