Answer

Please include any food allergies, intolerances, or restrictions on your RSVP. If you have already submitted your RSVP, please let Adam or Laura know so they can make any accommodations necessary.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have a shuttle booked for the wedding. It will be making 3 stops in one trip to the venue before the ceremony, leaving each location at the time listed below. It will make as needed trips back during the night. The final shuttle will leave at midnight. 3:00 pm AmericInn 3:15 pm Country Inn & Suites 3:30 pm Hotel Crosby (downtown Stillwater)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

3:30 PM The ceremony will start at 4 PM. Weather permitting, it will be outside and a short walk from the reception space and parking lot. There will be golf carts to take anyone that would prefer to not make the walk to the ceremony site.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are absolutely welcome! We have babysitters for kids starting at 8 PM so any parents can stay and celebrate as late as you want.
