We're Getting Married!

October 10, 2019 Jennifer and Noah's story begins on the night before assembly. They met for the first time at the Courtyard Marriott in Harlingen, Texas, at the hotel pool through a mutual friend. They both sat chatting with each other; little did they know this would change their lives forever! From that day for the next 4 years, Noah's heart was set on her. Of course, Jennifer was quite oblivious of that. They seldom talked for the next 3 years, mainly due to a global pandemic getting in the way. But, that did not stop Noah’s efforts completely. Summer of 2022 Noah and Jennifer began really getting to know each other the summer of this year. We like to call it the summer of bonfires! There was one every other week, and you can bet Jennifer and Noah were there. Honestly, we know now it wasn’t just for the bonfires! After a bonfire on October 11 (what a coincidence!), and noticing him bring her a towel, get her a drink, and be around her all evening, she finally admitted to herself that she really really liked him, and that he might feel the same way. From that day on, they continued to get to know each other as friends. July 15, 2023 A year later, in the same city they originally met, he officially asked her to be his girlfriend! It was such a special occasion, she could not hold back and almost immediately told him she loved him. She was so happy to hear those words echoed back to her. July 19, 2025 After two years of getting to truly know each other as partners, on July 19 Noah asked the question!
