My sister & mother in law are excellent cooks! I've watched them over the years team up to feed the family, dinners and parties. I've also gone to many Haitian restaurants and gatherings with my husband to know, that their recipes are restaurant quality if not better. As well as the fact that I think you may have heard of a lil 5* rated catering company called Empamamma's Signature Recipes, I'm partial to Haha. Part of my disappointment with many venues is that they do not allow "outside food" or catering, even when I myself am a licensed and insured caterer. Understandable they want you to purchase their complete menu package. I am elated that we will be able to serve you our own menu as well as signature cocktails!! Expect the most delicious Haitian food & more!! As my mother in law frequently says, Vin Manje =Come eat!
