What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will be open at 4p. The ceremony will begin at 4:30p. There is a beer garden located in the parking lot of War Memorial by the lake if you get there earlier.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available for free on near by streets. There is also a pay-for-parking parking lot next to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no shuttle to and from the hotels but most hotels are within walking distance of the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Is the War Memorial ADA accessible?

Answer

Yes. the building access and ceremony are all on flat hard surfaces, there is elevators readily accessible to the reception level.
