Whitewater Center The Whitewater Center is a fun outdoor facility that offers a wide variety of activities like whitewater rafting, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, zip-lining, and a lot more. You can definitely spend an entire day there without getting bored. They offer day passes, individual activity passes, or you can simply hang out/ walk around/ or have a picnic for free. It is only 15 min from the airport and 25 min from downtown.
Uptown Charlotte
Uptown Charlotte is the beautiful city center and central business district of Charlotte, NC. The area is split into four wards by the intersection of Trade and Tryon Streets. You will see the headquarters of several Fortune 500 companies and the main athletic facilities like the Bank of America Stadium, Spectrum Center, Truist Field, and the NASCAR Hall of Fame. If that is still not for you, visit one of the several Museums, bars, and restaurants or simply enjoy Charlotte's history by strolling through the city.

Crowders Mountain
Enjoy the beauty and diversity of Crowders Mountain State Park. Along the 1 - 6 mile loops you will encounter wildflowers, aquatic plants, wild animal, birds and a beautiful landscape.
