FAQs

The Wedding Website of Gianna Rea and Ross Jackson
If you have any questions other than listed below, please contact Ross or Gianna.
Question

What time should I arrive by?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 14:00 pm. Earliest arrival to the venue can start as early as 12:30 pm. We kindly ask everyone to arrive no later then 13.30 pm so that we can start on time. At arrival, you will get a drink and will be escorted to your seat!

Question

By when should I let Ross/Gianna know I can't make it?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to RSVP no later than August 3, 2026, to confirm whether or not they will be attending our wedding. This is necessary so we can provide the venue with an accurate final guest count in a timely manner. Please note that if we do not receive your response by this date, or if you confirm your attendance but are not present on the wedding day, we will unfortunately need to charge a fee of €171.25 per person. This amount reflects the costs we incur for your attendance, including food, drinks, and your place as a guest at our wedding. This fee is based on a full-day guest invitation, including the ceremony, dinner, and evening celebration. Naturally, any parts of the day to which you are not invited will not be included in the amount charged. As we have already made significant financial commitments for our wedding, we are unfortunately required to uphold this policy. That said, we truly hope it won’t be necessary and that we can simply enjoy a wonderful and joyful day together with all of you.

Question

Where can I park upon arrival?

Answer

Onsite parking is available and free. Overnight parking is also an option. Please be aware that the parking is not overseen by security and is outside.

Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony and reception/cocktail hr will be outdoors at the same location. In the case it would be raining, the ceremony will be held inside.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This event is Summer Formal (outside). Wear something you're comfortable in, it's gonna get warm! We'd love to see you in colour. We would prefer black and white to be avoided.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We kindly request to not assume you can bring a +1 to our wedding. Only those with the link to our wedding website will be invited. If you would like to bring someone, please contact Ross or Gianna so we can alter the guest list and talk to the venue. We can not accept any +1 requests after the RSVP date, since the venue needs to know a precise amount of people

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we would love to have your children celebrate with us, we have decided to make our wedding an adults- only celebration. We hope you understand, and we look forward to celebrating with you.

Question

Where does the ceremony take place?

Answer

The wedding venue is on the grounds of an old refurbished farm next to a forest. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (depending the weather). The dinner and party will take place inside.

Question

Can I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence on our wedding day is the only gift we could ever ask for. We are so grateful for your effort to celebrate with us, espescially those traveling from afar. If you'd still like to mark the occasion with a gift, we would deeply appreciate a contribution to our honey moon. Your generosity will help us create new memories together. Please know that your love and support mean the world to us, and any contribution is entirely optional
