Travel Note
First and foremost, we would like to thank you for joining us on our special day. We know a destination wedding is a lot to ask of our loved ones, and we truly appreciate the time and effort required to attend. We are so excited to share this special day with you!
Hotel
We have chosen to host our wedding at the Finest Resort in Playa Mujeres - Cancun, Mexico - an all-inclusive, luxury, private and gated resort located just 25 minutes north of the Cancun airport. The resort's policy is that all wedding guests must stay at the resort. Because the resort is highly secured, those who do not have room reservations are not allowed on the premises.

It is HIGHLY recommended rooms are reserved as soon as possible, as rooms have already started selling out for our dates, due to this being Spring Break for many schools. Only a $1.00 deposit is required to book your room! Rooms are FULLY REFUNDABLE (if PROMO CODE is used) up to 24 hours prior to your planned arrival. Travel Note
Finest Playa Mujeres is a luxury resort, so you will not feel like you are missing out by booking one of their standard rooms (Finest Suites). - Finest Suites: The resort's standard room level. Adults and kids are allowed. - Finest Club: Family club level. Adults and kids are allowed. Upgraded in-room premium liquor & wine bottle selection, private pool bar, VIP toiletries, private lounge with concierge service, private beach area, Nespresso machine, daily fruit & petit fours in room, fresh flowers and sparkling wine upon arrival and more... - Excellence Club: Adults ONLY building. Same club level benefits as Finest Club, except it is for adults only (18+).
Flight
You will be flying into CANCUN Airport (CUN). Flights do not need to be booked at the same time as your accommodations. We recommend staying at least 3-4 nights to join in on all the fun! Please keep in mind airport delays and cancellations do happen. If possible, give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day, which is Thursday, April 3rd, 2025.
Flight
Every guest must have a passport that is valid during their travel and for 6 months after your scheduled return date. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. The process of applying for or renewing a passport can take several months, so please consider this in advance.
Travel Note
Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation; vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service is to and from Cancun International Airport, to the booked hotel (Finest Playa Mujeres). Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of minimum three nights, made directly through The Excellence Collection official websites or its reservations center (the airport transfer is not included in the “Suite + Flight” option). Transportation Service (if included) must be booked directly through Seasons Tours at: transfers@seasonstours.com, you will not be charged if you make your room reservation through the Excellence Collection official website. In the email please include all flight information as well as confirmation for hotel stay with the dates you will be staying.
