Our family and wedding party will be having our rehearsal dinner at One Love Brewery on Saturday evening. Everyone is welcome to meet us at the brewery after the rehearsal dinner for some welcome drinks and mingling!

Transportation

If you are not taking advantage of the shuttles to get to the wedding, please plan to arrive at the gondola at around 2:45pm. There is a restaurant & bar at the top of the mountain which guests can enjoy while they wait for the ceremony to begin. If you are staying at River Walk, a shuttle will be provided to the venue starting at 1:45pm. If you are staying in an Airbnb and have provided us with an address, we will email you a shuttle map with pickup times for each area. This shuttle will begin pickup at 2:00pm, but please refer to the email for specific times per pickup spot. Please let us know ASAP if you received an email but do not plan to use the shuttle to get there.
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Please arrive at the Octagon Lodge lift (take a left when you enter the parking lot). Gondolas will take you to the top of the mountain for our ceremony, so be mindful of this when planning footwear. We hope that you can enjoy this special moment with us camera-free, so please, no photos until our ceremony conclusion.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails. This will take place in an outdoor patio space that can get a little chilly at night—we recommend bringing a shawl or light jacket.
Reception

The after party will be at El Charro, a Mexican restaurant down the road from Loon. Shuttles will be waiting outside the Octagon Lodge from 9-10pm. On the way home from the after party, we will have one shuttle driven by our friend Jason, who you can call at any time to be taken home. Please use (781) 795-2438 to contact him for a ride.
