Gianna Says: I was never supposed to be in Olde Town Arvada that night but I got a call from a friend who was in town and asked if I wanted to go for a few drinks with him and his cousins. I decided to join since I was bored watching my parent's house while they were on a cruise. I met my friend in Olde Town at the Archive Room, which is now Homegrown Tap & Dough. We then decided to go for one more drink at Cheapskates. I walked in with a smile on my face, advice from my grandma, and saw this very good looking boy in a hoodie, jeans, and hat. Thinking nothing of it and minding my business, I was paying my friend's tab at the bar when the said cute boy, Bret, approached apologizing for taking my seat at the bar. After, meeting his friend Joey, and talking for a while, it was time to go as the friend I came with was getting rowdy. Bret chased me out of the bar and asked for my number. After some flirting texts we decided to meet for coffee later that week. The rest is history and I WIN! Bret Says: Of course it was Saturday night and Joey and I were in Olde Town, go figure! We had decided to go to our favorite spot, Cheapskates. Nothing different about this Saturday night, same ol' place, same faces, just hangin' out having a good time. I noticed Gianna inside the bar and I turned to Joey and said, "Wow! She's beautiful." As the night went on, I told Joey, "I'm gonna go talk to her." So I decided to wait until she was paying her tab to say something, just in case I got rejected it would be quick and painless because she was leaving. I ended up not getting rejected, she gave me her number, we texted later that night and as they say, the rest is history.
