Although we highly recommend renting a car for your stay, yes! You can arrive into SFO and OAK and then Uber to wherever your lodging is in West Marin. However, once you are at your hotel or Airbnb you will not be able to access ride sharing applications (Uber, Lyft, etc.). We will be running shuttles from your lodging to and from both the Friday and Saturday events at Olema House. If you need a taxi back to the city, we recommend using North Bay Taxi (https://www.northbaytaxi.com/).

Most carriers get very little cell reception in West Marin given its proximity to Point Reyes National Seashore. Olema House (the venue for all events) will have public Wifi available, as will all other hotels listed. We recommend downloading offline maps for the area on Google or Apple Maps. To download offline maps on Google Maps App: -Open Google Maps: Launch the Google Maps application on your device. - Find the venue: Search for 'Olema House' -Select the area: Tap on the location's name or address at the bottom of the screen. -Access the download option: Tap on the "More" option, usually represented by three dots. You will need to scroll the tabs to the left until you see the "... More" option -Download the map: Select "Download offline map" from the menu. -Adjust the area: Zoom in or out and drag the map to select the exact area you want to download for offline use. -Confirm and download: Tap "Download" to initiate the download process. To download offline maps on Apple Maps App: -Open Apple Maps: Launch the Maps app on your iPhone. -Access Offline Maps: Tap your profile picture or initials next to the search field, then tap "Offline Maps". -Download a New Map: Tap "Download New Map". -Choose a Location: Search for "Olema House" to select the area you want to download. -Adjust the Map Area: You can resize the map area to include the specific region you need.
