Proverbs 18 verse 24 says that there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. This is Junior. Gian's best friend and best man. From leading worship together and almost starting their own band, J and G (coming soon), to living out the gospel together day in and day out. Junior is a great example of what it looks like to have a heart after God. Such a blessing.

Alexa became a good friend through leading on our church worship team as a worship director/ Piano Player and is a kind of a foodie like me. We share different backgrounds but we evidently shared a common interest in things like the piano, a heart to worship and even cultural foods. This is someone I find easy to talk to on real level. More than anything, we get to be sisters in Christ!

Baby Spurgeon! Alex and Gian met at the same job interview back in 2018. They both found out that they were both followers of Christ, and this has been the foundation of their friendship ever since. #SemperReformanda

Alyssa played a specific role in my life as we both led worship at the church together. I later found out that she also dances really good; I'd probably have her as my backup dancer if I were a performing artist. She's a genuine, relatable person and those are 2 good things to have in a friend. Turns out we also work for the same company and have a strong liking for chai.

Gian's right hand man. His own flesh and blood. His brother. If there is anyone that truly knows Gian, it's Angelo. He might seem a little shy at first but trust me, he is anything BUT shy :)
Destiny Ortiz

Another bridesmaid but more importantly my sister. We're not exactly two peas in a pod but we literally came from the same womb so there's that. To this day we know how to annoy each other too. Destiny and I have so many core memories; we should if we grew up together! There's those songs that take us back to specific times in our childhood and we could recount every experience we've gone through. We even grew an interest for singing, performed together and posted videos for fun.

Gian and Joshua's families have known each other long before they were born. So naturally, Joshua and Gian grew up together. He is that childhood friend that you can never leave behind. No matter what the season, Joshua is there. It’s truly a blessing to have a lifelong friend like him.

Carolina is one that just might fight to the death on whether it's all about Slytherin or Gryffindor. But really she's got a great personality and cares for people. Her younger sister Mairobis was a also a light and great friend of mine that I loved and it's just a real blessing. You'd wanna go to her for bachata lessons in preparation for the wedding by the way.

Andrea Trujillo

Andrea and I recently met and got to know each other more during the time we spent in Minnesota, Minneapolis for Gian’s cousin’s wedding as she came with her soon to be—I mean Joshua (One of Gian’s best friends and groomsmen) where we spent time at the mall of America and had a nice time. Soon after we’d find more things to bond over. Needless to say, she’s a makeup artist in the making. It’s refreshing to have a genuinely kind and real person like Andrea as a friend.
