__________________________________________________________________________ A few things to keep in mind: • We obtained a room block with a discounted rate for our guests. Please click the "View" button at the bottom of this page for pricing and availability.
 You *must* book through that link in order to receive the discounted rate. • We don’t anticipate everybody to be able to go so we have more guests than rooms blocked. Please let us know if you get an error regarding availability. We’ll work with the hotel to try to get you a room for the same rate. • You will be asked for a credit card number in order to secure a room, however, you will not be charged until the checkout date on Dec 6.
 • If you wish to upgrade your room, change bed types, or have any other requests regarding accommodations please contact Yazmin Vargas at yazmin.vargas@marriotthotels.com
 • There is a 3 night minimum stay per room, all wedding guests are required stay at the hotel (their policy, not ours). • Check-in is at 3:00pm. Should you arrive earlier, the front desk will hold your luggage until your room is ready. Check-out is at 12:00pm. __________________________________________________________________________

Costa Rica has 2 international airports. Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) in Liberia is the closest one to the hotel (1hr). ***See FAQs for more details regarding flights.***

Shuttle

Shuttle from the airport to the hotel

We are trying to organize group shuttle services but before doing so we will need to know everyone's itinerary (airline, flight number, arrival time, etc) Please share this information with us once you've secured your flight. If you'd rather pay for your own private shuttle or taxi please also let us know as we can give you recommendations.

Travel Note

Passports and VISAs

Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months after your planned arrival date. If you need to renew it, please keep in mind routine applications take 10-13 weeks plus transit times. That means you could potentially be waiting 4 months. We recommend you start the process now if you need to apply for or renew a passport.
