The ceremony is on private property and has limited parking. We will provide shuttles from the Fairfield Inn by Marriott parking lot, as well as from the reception location parking lot. Alternatively, you can also park at the Old Navy parking lot adjacent to the ceremony property and walk via the Canyon Rim Trail to Canyon Springs Road, approximately 500 ft. Please note that the ceremony is outdoors and on grass
Cocktail Hour

Cocktail hour and reception is also on private property. There is plenty of space for parking, please park in the gravel lot or along the side of the house diagonally. Shuttles will also run from the ceremony to the reception. Feel free to enjoy the space, shuttles will run throughout the evening back to the hotel, the last shuttle will depart at 2am. We have a mobile bar and self serve area available for guests to grab refreshments while they wait for us to finish photos!
Reception

The reception is also on private property. There is plenty of space for parking, please park in the gravel lot or along the side of the house diagonally. Shuttles will also run from the ceremony to the reception. It is outdoors, on grass, with tents, heaters and a dance floor. A buffet dinner, drinks, and plenty of entertainment will be provided. We can't wait to celebrate and dance the night away with you all! Shuttles will run throughout the night back to the hotel, the last shuttle will depart at 2am.
