Trade in your Chacos, it’s time to dress to impress! “Fun Formal” attire puts a playful twist on traditional formalwear, encouraging vibrant colors and lively patterns that perfectly suit our mountain celebration. Need outfit inspiration? Think wildflower fields in full bloom

Question

Answer

Please let us know if you can make it by RSVPing under the ‘RSVP’ tab on our website as soon as you know your availability! Final RSVPs are due by April 10th, 2026.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’re keeping our wedding an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. If your invitation does not list your children, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for them to be cared for during the festivities. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There are 100+ parking spots at our venue. You’re welcome to park your car here overnight if needed, just please make sure to pick it up by 10:00 AM the next day!

Question

What transportation options do you recommend for getting to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

The lovely challenges of mountain transportation! Thankfully, there’s plenty of parking at the venue, see details above! If you are staying at one of the two hotel blocks, we will provide shuttle transportation to <> from the venue if you would like. Vail also has a free bus that goes from West Vail (by the venue) to Vail Village and Lionshead where you can find many hotels. You’ll usually find a few Ubers or Lyfts around too. Plus, there are some hotels within walking distance along the route. We want to ensure everyone has a safe option getting home from the wedding so please let us know if you have any questions!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! If your invitation includes a “plus one” by name or says “and guest,” then yes, we’d love for you to bring a date. If not, we hope you’ll still join us solo—there will be plenty of friendly faces, great food, and dancing!

Question

Where do you recommend staying?

Answer

There are several great options depending on what you’re looking for! Hotels in Lionshead and Vail Village are super convenient, many within walking distance of the venue or on the free bus route. Please see the Travel tab for more info on hotel blocks, rentals and more!

Question

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

Our ceremony will kick off outdoors at 5 PM, please arrive with enough time to find a seat in time prior to the start of this. Afterward, we’ll enjoy cocktail hour on the patio with light hors d’oeuvres and drinks! The celebration continues indoors with dinner, drinks, and dancing flowing all night until 11 PM. We can't wait to celebrate with you all!
