Singer Castle

Singer Castle on Dark Island is open to the public to visitors who wish to have a guided tour of the intricate architecture, beautiful furnishings and puzzling secret passages of our magnificent 100-year old Castle.

Boldt Castle & Boldt Yacht House

Boldt Castle is located on Heart Island in the Saint Lawrence River. Heart Island is part of the Town of Alexandria, in Jefferson County. Originally a private mansion built by American millionaire George Boldt, it is today maintained by the Thousand Islands Bridge Authority as a tourist attraction.

Fort de la Presentation site

Visit the site of our historic fort and take a walk along the Abbe Picquet trail on the St. Lawrence River!

Maple City Trail

Starting at the Ogdensburg Visitors’ Center, 100 Riverside Ave., the 2.2 mile Maple City Trail winds along the City’s northern shore of the Oswegatchie River, goes up and over the Spring Street Bridge, continues along the southern shore of the river and loops back.

Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority - Walking Trail

This walking trail winds beside the Bridge Approach Road and provides a nice view of the river.

St. Lawrence State Park Golf Course

If you're looking to play a round or two, this course is a great spot on the St. Lawrence River just a short drive outside of Ogdensburg.

Black Lake Mini Golf

For the less serious golfers and those of you looking for some fun after a stop to Bella Brook Winery, this mini golf course is where Ryan and I had one of our first dates. Fun fact - we have only ever tied at mini golf, and have yet to determine who the champion is.

If you're looking for some very casual and fun entertainment, stop down to the bowling alley!
