In the nearby town, there are two beautiful medieval churches: San Pietro and Santa Maria, both closed on Monday’s. Torre Di Lavello, along with it’s nearby park, has a wonderful view of the churches as well as the Marta River Valley.
The town of Bolsena is on the lake, with a beautiful cathedral and city center. Capodimonte is a nice beach and hike along the lake.

Necropoli di Vulci, a cemetery in Vulci open from 9am-7pm, touting the Roman “Badia” Bridge.
Cerveteri is home to the most famous Etruscan necropolis.
In Sutri, you’ll find Etruscan tombs, a Roman theater, and a famous Mitreo (a temple dated between 100BC to 300AD).
