Wedding Transportation Pick Up

Please make a note we are asking all guests to take the provided free transportation (starting at the Hilton Garden inn) to the Ceremony/Reception location (The Grand Island) both due to poor lighting condition on the levy roads at night near the water by the venue as well as the requirements made by our venue due to the alcohol being served for guest safety and limited parking at the venue as well. For the safety of you and all of our guests, please use the provided transportation. You do not have to be a guest of the hotel to park in the parking lot by the Hilton Garden Inn in Elk Grove for pick up. Pick up begins at 4:30 from the Hilton Garden Inn in Elk Grove and runs through 5:30pm as our ceremony starts promptly at 6pm (transportation runs 20-25 minutes). Drop off begins at 9:00pm from The Grand Island Mansion and will run continually through the night until the end of the wedding at Midnight. Transportation both there and back is entirely free and provided by us!

This event is formal due to the venue but as it is summertime, please come dressed in something that meets both needs..
We so look forward to having you at our Wedding! Please note that although the Hilton Garden inn is not our ceremony location, it is where we are asking guests to meet and take provided transportation over to the actual wedding venue, The Grand Island Mansion, due to safety concerns about road conditions at night, drinking, and limited parking. Transportation begins at 4:30 and will run until 5:30 as the ceremony will start promptly at 6. Return transportation will begin at 9pm after dinner and run until the end of the wedding at midnight. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Finally if you are not vaccinated please make sure to do a test the day of to make sure all of our guests can be safe!
