What is the weather like, what clothes to bring?

Answer

The Catskills area in Upstate New York is always some degrees chillier than the city. We recommend checking the weather forecast for Callicoon a few days prior. A warm coat or jacket for the evening is probably a good idea.

I'm taking the NYC-Callicoon Shuttle, do I have some preparation time after arrival?

Answer

Yes, the Shuttle drops you off at BW Monticello at around 12:30am. The venue-shuttle leaves from the BW there towards the venue at 2:30pm. Giving you approx. 2 hours to get settled in. However as of today the hotel was not able to provide us a guaranteed early check-in option for that time.

Unter den zahlreichen Flugsuschmaschinen habe ich die besten Erfahrungen mit flug.idealo.de oder momondo.de gemacht. Um einen guten Flupreis zu erwischen empfiehlt es auch andere Startflughaefen auszuprobieren. Frankfurt Flughafen und Zurich Flughafen sind mit dem Zug sehr gut erreichbar. Mit Reisedaten lohnt es sich auch ein bisschen herumzuprobieren wenn man fleixibel ist.
