Dear Family and Friends, We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you at Bear Brook Valley! To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we’ve arranged a hotel block starting at 3 PM on March 29th. Please note that rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis, so we encourage you to book early. To make your reservation, simply call (973) 770-7880 and let the representative know you are attending "Jose and Gerald's Wedding" or provide them with our booking code C27. If you’d like to get ready at the hotel, please inquire about early check-in, as it is based on room availability from the day before. Check-in is at 3 PM on March 29th, and check-out is at 11 AM on March 30th. We’ll also have a shuttle service that will pick up guests at the hotel to ensure you arrive at the ceremony on time, as it begins at 5:30 PM sharp. After the celebration, the shuttle will take you back to the hotel. Pick up time from the hotel will be provided closer to the date to ensure no one misses our "I Do's."
