Please use the link provided to access our booking link for a discounted rate on rooms at Mission Point. There is a 2 night minimum stay on the island. Our discount is extended for 3 nights before and after our Wedding Day. If you wish to extend your stay, please call (800) 833-7711 and mention you are booking with the Lofgren-Chizmadia Wedding. Since it is currently the island's off season, phone reservations are taken between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. We encourage our guests to book before August 19th, 2024. After this date our block of rooms will be released to the public. You will still be able to use our discount by calling them, however, there will be no guarantee of room availability.

Shepler's
To get to Mackinac Island, you will need to take a ferry from either Mackinaw City or St. Ignace. Our preferred ferry option to the island is with Shepler's. We are happy to share with our guests a discount code for purchasing their ferry tickets. Online, please use the code: family24 to receive the discounted rate. This code is case sensitive, so please make sure to use all lower cases when entering it in. If purchasing in person at the dock, please mention the Lofgren-Chizmadia Wedding to receive the discounted rate. Please note, this discount is only towards ferry tickets and will not be applied towards parking. The following is their overnight parking options and rates for the upcoming season. All overnight parking is arranged at time of arrival. Mackinaw City: All options are self-parking. Day Parking: FREE (off-site) Standard Parking: $20.00/night (off-site) Premium Parking: $45.00/night on-site at the dock (gate ticket required for entry/exit) (They provide continuous shuttle service to and from the off-site lots) St. Ignace: All options are self-parking. Day Parking: FREE (on-site) Standard Parking: $20.00/night off-site (gate ticket required for entry/exit) Premium Parking: $40.00/night on-site at the dock (gate ticket required for entry/exit) (They provide continuous shuttle service to and from the off-site lots) *Please note that with the suspension of operation of Mackinac Island Ferry Company, Shepler's is currently the only ferry company to get to the Island. Please allow for extra travel time in case your ideal ferry departure time is full. Departures are a first come, first serve bases, you cannot reserve a time.
