For any questions or concerns, please feel free to text Gina at 909-454-5162. The day of the wedding all questions will be directed to one of the groomsmen (contact info will be updated closer to the event)

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants. The theme is Edgar Allan Poe, so dark gothic looks are encouraged, imagine going to Gomez and Morticia Addams wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. Please don’t forget to tip our bartender!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, we have a wedding registry! We have a short Amazon wishlist with some items we would love in our home but we would prefer a card and funds for our honeymoon. Contributions to the wedding itself, decorations or other services will be seen as wedding gifts as well. No gift is also acceptable, we want to celebrate with our friends and family and would be satisfied with your attendance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 1:30 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

On our website or with the mail in RSVP. Please send out your mailed RSVP by early July so it arrives before the 20th when we will be giving our final count to the venue coordinator, food vendor and bartender.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, convenient parking is available at our wedding venue. Guests can easily park on-site during both the ceremony and reception.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, our love will light up the day! We have discussed a game plan with the venue coordinator to keep everyone comfortable if the weather decides to surprise us.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

During the ceremony and other key events throughout the day we have hired a videographer to capture the moments we would like our guests to enjoy fully. Pictures are allowed but please be mindful of the videographer so they can capture the best view, that’s what I’m paying them for after all. During the reception we will provide a photo service to allow guest to upload and share their pictures so please capture as much as you can for us.
