The shuttle will leave at 3:00pm from Highline Vail. The shuttle will leave at 10:00 pm from Piney River Ranch. If you have been invited to stay the night at the venue, a shuttle will arrive on 9/8 at 11:00am to return guests to the Highline Vail.
We highly suggest that you utilize the provided transportation to Piney River Ranch. The road to the wedding venue is unpaved and takes about 45 minutes once beginning the dirt road to reach the venue. Parking is also limited. With that being said, you may drive yourself but it is strongly encouraged you utilize the provided transportation.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Yes! However, we do ask that absolutely no phones be out during the ceremony. We have hired a very good photographer and would love to share their photos. Following the ceremony, you may take as many pictures as you like. Be sure to tag us!
Immediately following the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers. We will also be serving a buffet style dinner during the reception.
We do have a hotel block reserved for guests with a very limited number of rooms. This info can be found under the "Travel" tab of our website. We highly suggest getting together with other guests and looking into renting through AirBnB or other sites as this can often be more affordable.

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors on the ceremony deck. The cocktail hour and reception will have indoor/outdoor components.
You never know what you are going to get in the Colorado mountains in September. We would suggest coming prepared with a sweater or jacket, It can often get chilly, especially at night. Be sure to check the weather forecast for Vail, CO as the wedding date gets closer.
