Come say hi to the bride and groom before they tie the knot! Lite bites, beer and wine. Follow Queenstown Harbor Golf's entrance road until you see the main building on your right and a covered outdoor venue on your left. Continue straight and road will go left, follow the road that resembles a golf cart pathway all the way down to the water. Park immediately following the venue to the left. If spaces are full, park on grass. Welcome Party starts at 6:45p. Private wedding party dinner precedes the Welcome Party.
2:30 pm - 3:15 pm
Expect delays traveling eastbound Rt 50, often a lane closure to cross the 4 mile bridge due to construction, please add extra time! Please arrive beginning 2pm for seating and no later than 2:25pm. Ceremony will start promptly at 2:30pm.
Summer-formal attire please. Bus transportation is not provided to the church mass/ceremony.
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Indoor/Outdoor Cocktail hour 5pm-6pm. Dinner and dancing to follow. Plenty of parking in the lot near entrance. If driving, be sure to pass The Inn on your right, and proceed with signs or GPS directions to The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club on the water. Tavern Ballroom is the building on your right after you park.

Buses will transport guests to the After Party following the reception and to hotels listed (if you did NOT RSVP for the After Party). At the conclusion of the reception. guests staying at The Inn who are not attending the After Party will take The Inn's shuttles back to that hotel. For those going to After Party or returning to the hotels listed, please make your way to the buses. Late night snacks provided on the buses must be consumed on the buses and prior to arrival at Red Eye's. Wedding guests who RSVP'd will have their names on an entrance list for no cover charge! RSVPs have been accounted for. Cash bar. Tented open air venue. Two optional times for bus transportation returning to hotels from the After Party with last stop being The Inn at the Cheapeake Bay Beach Club. Return bus transporation at 12am - be on the bus no later than this time for first departure; another bus departs at 1:15am. Guest must be on the bus no later than 1:15p for final departure to hotels.
