FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult-only affair for the ceremony and reception. If your children will be traveling with you, we can provide recommendations for childcare during the ceremony and reception. We encourage you to bring your children to the welcome gathering and Saturday send off!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You should be able to submit any food allergies / dietary restrictions as part of your RSVP. If you have any specific concerns, feel free to email Dan: dan@gamepointcapital.com

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a bus to the ceremony. It will depart the Draftsman and Holiday Inn. After the reception, it will drop off guests at the Corner for the afterparty as well as at each hotel block. Please check back closer to the wedding for the bus schedules, as we may need to adjust depending on guest count. There is also plenty of parking at Keswick Vineyards!

Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Rain or shine, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors (under a tent if needed). Outside of the dance floor, most of the surface is grass & turf, so plan footwear accordingly.

Question

Can I take photographs at the ceremony?

Answer

We will kindly be requesting an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from taking personal photographs during the ceremony. We would like to spend our ceremony with friends and family in the moment!

Question

I have other questions!

Answer

Please feel free to reach out to Dan (207-899-8306; dan@gamepointcapital.com) or Georgia (802-881-2349; georgiawinters82@gmail.com) with any questions.
