FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP no later than December 1st 2024

Question

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

Answer

We can only accommodate the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We hope you understand that our wedding will be kid free besides those participating in the wedding.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. The dress code is Formal. We would prefer that our guests wear black attire, if possible. If our guests do not have black attire, we ask that they wear dark-toned attire as an alternative.

Question

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and cream. We also ask that bright colors are not worn, e.g. yellows, reds, or prints. Please refer to the dress code for more information.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the Ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from The Ben Hotel to the Ceremony at St Edward Church and back to The Ben Hotel for Cocktail Hour and Reception. There will be a designated welcome area for all guests at The Ben Hotel prior to shuttle arrival, regardless if you are staying at The Ben or any other hotel in the area. Shuttles will arrive approximately between 1:15-1:30 pm.

Question

Will there be parking available for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at The Ben Hotel and St Edward Church. If you do not plan on taking the shuttles from The Ben Hotel, there is parking available directly across from St Edward Church in their parking lot.

For all the days along the way
