Pre-Cocktail Meet & Greet

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

There will be a short break between the ceremony and the start of cocktail hour. Guests are welcome to use this time however they’d like, but we’ve set up a Family & Friends Room with a private cash bar for everyone to enjoy. It’s a cozy spot to sit, relax, and grab a drink without having to use the public lobby bar. The room is located on the first floor of the hotel, just to the left of the lobby, or you can enter through the large bay doors on the exterior of the hotel.

Cocktail Hour

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail Hour and Reception will be held on the rooftop of The Ben. There will be a private elevator to take all guests to the rooftop.

Reception

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The dress code is Formal. We would prefer that our guests wear black attire, if possible. If our guests do not have black attire, we ask that they wear dark-toned attire as an alternative.

After Party

We invite our friends and family to keep the celebration going at the rooftop of Roxy's Pub, also known as Top of the Rox. Feel free to go with the flow and enjoy the 1st floor pub, which features darts and billiards. However, we will have a reserved area on the rooftop near the pool for the after party!
