We have booked a hotel block for our guests at Holiday Inn Newton! The dates of the block are August 20-22 and you are welcome to book one or both nights. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at the Holiday Inn! Bear Brook Valley is a ~12 minute drive from the hotel. Please note that only a limited number of rooms remain for this block. If any rooms are available it will be updated via the link! Holiday Inn Newton Shuttle Departure Time: 4:30pm

We also have an additional hotel room block at the Fairfield! This hotel is ~30 minutes from Bear Brook Valley. Shuttle transportation will be provided between this hotel and Bear Brook! The deadline to book rooms here at the discounted rate is July 21, 2026. After this date, the rooms will be released to the public. Fairfield Inn Shuttle Departure Time: 4:10pm
